Kibale Forest has the highest number of primates in Africa – thirteen species in all, including red, black and white colobus, blue monkeys and baboons and a large number of chimpanzees. A forest walk provides a high possibility of seeing and hearing and seeing chimps, birds and other primates playing around through the forest. An excursion to Bigodi wetland gives the opportunity of seeing the unusual birds and other primates which live around the swamp. Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park (QE), below the famous Rwenzori mountains, an African savannah park, consisting of plain surroundings. The launch trip along the Kazinga Channel is especially rewarding for viewing hippo, buffalo, elephant and a large host of birds amounting to over 500 species! The beautiful steeply forested Kyambura Gorge nearby, is home not only to chimpanzees but also the red-tailed monkey, black and white colobus and many bird species.

Day 1: Arrival

Arrive at Entebbe airport, Meet the driver guide for introductions and then transfer to Kampala. O/N Hotel Bougainviller or Pope Paul hotel or Hotel Africana (BB)

Day 2: Kampala – Fort Portal

After breakfast leave Kampala for Fort portal via Mityana and Mubende through tea plantations of kyenjojo to the land of `mountains of the Moon’ magic silhouette for lunch. After a pleasant lunch head for the incredible Amere cave and search for missing breast of the Toro princes explore some crater lakes and carry on for a night in Kibale Forest Park for a jaunty sleep on an innate divan. Day 3: Kibale forest park – Bigodi Swamp

Track the closest brothers of human in kibale forest the highly populated in the region, Kibale is a tropical rain forest with other primates like bush babies, baboons, black-and-white colobus, red-tailed monkey, and several bird species together with trees including the Elephant beer tree, all can be spotted on a nature walk in the forest. Day 4: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth Park

Having taken breakfast, you depart for Queen Elizabeth Park, nourish on a tranquil lunch and there after go for a game drive in the park searching animals. . O/N Simba Safari Camp or Mweya safari Lodge (FB).

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Set off early in morning for a game drive as you fabulous animals of the pearl, visit Katwe and buffaloes can never miss your sight here. Guinea fowls and other bird species, elephants, giraffes, and Kobs in their mating grounds can be viewed as there are chances seeing tree climbing lions on your rummage. After lunch take an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel as you view fauna at a closer range, hippos, other animals and several bird species will be seen as the get water to douse themselves. . O/N Simba Safari Camp or Mweya safari Lodge (FB).

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth Park – Kampala

Visit Kyambura gorge in the morning and track chimps and monkeys as you take a view of the gorgeous Albertine rift valley model of scenery. Break for lunch and later quit Kasese for Kampala. O/N Hotel Bougainviller or Pope Paul hotel or Hotel Africana (BB).

Take a city tour before transferring to Entebbe airport for depature.
