This safari takes you to 5 national game parks of Uganda, including; Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale Forest, Lake Mburo and Bwindi Impenetrable forest park. the trip starts with Murchison Falls Conservation Area, the largest in the country, with chimps, birds, crocodile, and game. Visit the dramatic Falls from which the park derives its name. Drive the long journey westwards to Fort Portal for the crater lakes. Continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. The launch trip along the Kazinga Channel in QE is especially good for viewing hippo, buffalo, elephant and a large host of birds. Further south in Bwindi or Congo, go gorilla tracking and see other primates, birds and butterflies. Have an opportunity to track gorillas again or climb a volcano, go birding or take in the breathtaking landscape. Return to Kampala via Lake Bunyonyi, one of Uganda’s most conspicuous lakes and the deepest lake in Uganda!This is a scheduled safari, departing twice a month every first Sunday and third Wednesday, but it can also be done privately.

Day 1: Arrival
Arrival at Entebbe international airport, meet with the driver guide for introduction and transfer to hotel. O/N: Pope Paul hotel or Africana hotel. (BB)

Day 2: Kampala – Murchison Falls Park
Take an early morning drive to Murchison Falls Conservation Area. Drive through Luwero, Nakasongola and branch off to Ziwa Rhino camp here you will track rhino in their habitants after over 30yrs extinction in Uganda. Their after proceed to Masindi, Lunch en route and later enter into Murchison falls park and check in at your lodge for an evening. O/N Red Chilli Camp or Sambiya River Lodge (FB).

Day 3: Murchison Falls Game Park
The day starts with an early entry into Murchison falls Game Park with a game drive north of the River Nile. Here you will possibly see different bird species, hartebeests, elephants, Cape buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffes, waterbucks, Oribis, bushbucks, bohor reed bucks, hyenas and probably lions. Break for lunch and return for and afternoon launch cruise to the bottom of the spectacular falls as you view fauna in a closer range including hippos and Nile crocodiles. Climb to the top of the falls where you can see the Nile’s perfect gorgeousness, and sensation as it compresses and constrict for over a kilometre wide down through a 7-meter chasm. Day 4: Masindi – Kibale forest national park
Take along drive south to Kibale forest in fort portal via Hoima through local villages astonishing view of tea plantation sceneries enroute to the ‘Mountains of the moon’ region. O/N Nyinabulitya country Resort or Chimpanzee View Guest House or CVK Resort (FB)

Day 5: Kibale forest and Bigodi
Track the closest brothers of human in kibale forest the highly populated in the region, Kibale is a tropical rain forest with other primates like bush babies, baboons, black-and-white colobus, red-tailed monkey, and several bird species together with trees including the Elephant beer tree, all can be spotted on a nature walk in the forest. Take a lunch break and head to Bigodi for a swamp walk on the trails by the local community. O/N Nyinabulitya country Resort or Chimpanzee View Guest House or CVK Resort (FB)

Day 6: Kibale – Queen Elizabeth Park
Having taken breakfast, you depart for Queen Elizabeth Park, nourish on a tranquil lunch at Mweya and thereafter go for a game drive in the park searching animals. O/N Simba Safari Camp or Queen Elizabeth Bush Lodge (FB).

Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Set off early in morning for a game drive as you fabulous animals of the pearl, visit Katwe and buffaloes can never miss your sight here. Guinea fowls and other bird species, elephants, giraffes, and Kobs in their mating grounds can be viewed as there are chances seeing tree climbing lions on your rummage. After lunch take an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel as you view fauna at a closer range, hippos, other animals and several bird species will be seen as the get water to douse themselves. Day 8: Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Forest Park
Wake up early and visit Kyambura gorge in the morning, track chimps and monkeys as you take a view of the gorgeous Albertine rift valley model of scenery before starting off the journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Along the way in Ishasha, if weather conditions permit you may see tree-climbing lions then drive Bwindi south for dinner and overnight. O/N: Muhabura Hotel or Travellers Rest Hotel (FB)

Day 9: Gorilla tracking
You will go to the jungle at around 8:00am after breakfast in the morning, with packed lunch and porters to Track Gorillas this is the climax of the tour. Gorilla tracking can take 3 -9 hours on walking in the jungle before one returns to his/her accommodation, the jungle, precipitous landscape (5200 feet plus) and rain may make the tour challenging and you need physical fitness but with a close encounter face-face with the largest primate of Africa is a remarkable experience you will ever have in life. Day 10: Bwindi – Lake Buyonyi
Leave Bwindi/Kisoro for Lake Bunyonyi a crater lake in Kabale and the deepest in the East African region. Take a boat cruise on the water to the Island, relax swim and enjoy the amazing view of the crater and the surrounding sceneries. O/N Bunyonyi overland resort (FB).

Day 11: Bunyonyi – Kampala
After breakfast take a mild drive for Lake Mburo National Park in Mbarara with different tourist attractions en route. You will have an afternoon game drive in Lake Mburo National Park for some unusual game including; zebras, kobs hippos and many bird species by the lake. A leopard may also be seen on an evening game drive on a safari vehicle with spotlights. O/N: Rwonyo Camp in the park or Rwiz Arch Hotel in Mbarara town (FB)

Day 12: Lake Mburo Park – Kampala
After breakfast take a mild drive back to Kampala through the dry corridor upshot the Rwenzori Mountain, stopover at the Equator and ensue Kampala city. You will then transfer to Entebbe airport and fly out.
